The primary material of anti-impact spikes is typically high-carbon steel. After high-temperature quenching, it can achieve a hardness of HRC50 or above, offering excellent shear and bending resistance to effectively withstand heavy-duty damage. The surface treatment uses a hot-dip galvanizing process with a zinc layer thickness of over 80μm, forming a dense protective film in harsh conditions such as humidity and fog, significantly improving corrosion resistance and ensuring a service life of over 10 years. Some premium products are coated with a polyethylene layer over the galvanized coating, which further enhances weather resistance and prevents scratches during installation. The spikes are specially polished to a sharp triangular edge structure, providing both a strong deterrent effect and long-term sharpness retention.
