Each gabion block features an internal lining of high-quality non-woven geotextile that securely retains the fill material within the cells. The geotextile lining overlaps and is fastened to the upper edge, while the lower portion remains free to form an effective seal during folding at the installation site, ensuring reliable soil retention. This specially engineered geotextile offers superior UV resistance compared to standard non-woven materials, ensuring long-term durability. For extended structures, gabion blocks can be interconnected using connecting pins, allowing the system to achieve the required length while maintaining structural integrity.

Each unit is made from welded wire mesh fabricated from galvanized, rust-resistant alloys. The wire mesh is engineered for environmental exposure, with a guaranteed service life of at least 5 years for outdoor use and 10 years in storage.
Mesh panels are connected by circular spring joints, allowing each panel to rotate 360° without obstruction. This design makes units foldable, saving space during transportation and storage.
Thicker mesh panels combined with reinforced geotextile create a robust protective wall, delivering high durability and reliable structural strength.
