Our barbed wire is a double-strand wire made from thick hot-dip galvanized steel wire. 4-point sharp barbs are attached at regular 10 cm intervals, with barb length approximately 4 cm. It does not rust, is highly stable and durable — with a service life of 20 years or more.
This barbed wire is made from hot-dip galvanized wire. The galvanizing process prevents rust, provides high corrosion resistance, and ensures excellent stability and durability. The roll has exceptional tensile strength and tear resistance, providing ideal protection.
This barbed wire roll is lightweight and easy to bend, suitable for indoor or outdoor use. It has many applications including art, crafts, frame making, decoration, furniture, wreaths, and lighting. Available in rolls of 100 m / 150 m / 200 m.
Barbed wire is widely used for protective barriers in various scenarios, including roads, railways, and other restricted access areas. In addition to general use, it is also used for military purposes.
Make sure you have safety glasses, rubber gloves, boots, and protective clothing to prevent serious injury. Having an assistant will make the work safer and easier.
Set posts approximately 2 meters apart. One-third of the post height should be underground. Ensure posts are firmly anchored before stretching the wire.
Mark the position of each wire on the post. You can also mark the middle post at the same height as the corner and starting posts to simplify the process.
Starting from the bottom, attach the first wire to the starting post at the appropriate height. Wrap the wire around the post, twist it back, and wrap around itself 4–5 times to maintain tension. Carefully unroll the wire until you reach the corner/end post.
Use iron wire or special fasteners to firmly secure the mesh to the support. Adjust the installed mesh so it is level and taut. Check all connection points to ensure they are strong and secure with no looseness.
