Each gabion block features an internal lining of high-quality non-woven geotextile that securely retains the filler within the cells. The geotextile lining overlaps and is fastened to the upper edge, while the lower portion remains free so that, when folded during installation, it forms an effective seal to retain soil. This specially engineered geotextile offers superior UV resistance compared to standard non-woven materials, ensuring long-term durability. For extended structures, gabion blocks can be interconnected using connecting pins, allowing the system to reach the required length while maintaining structural integrity.

Each unit is manufactured from welded wire mesh made of galvanized, rust-resistant alloys. The wire mesh is designed to withstand environmental exposure, with a guaranteed service life of at least 5 years for outdoor use and 10 years in storage.
Mesh panels are connected by circular spring joints, allowing each panel to rotate 360° without obstruction. This design makes the units foldable, saving space during transportation and storage.
Thicker mesh panels combined with reinforced geotextile create a strong protective wall, providing high durability and reliable structural strength.
