Welded gabion box, also known as reinforced gabion mesh, is an important protective material in the construction industry. Mainly composed of hot-dip galvanized steel wire and fiber fabric, welded by an electric welding process, it has exceptional tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The mesh is available with openings from 33 to 1515 cm and wire diameters from 3.0 to 8.0 mm, allowing it to be adapted to various needs. Its simple weave creates a smoother mesh surface and a stronger structure. On-site installation is quick and easy, saving 40% of labor costs compared to hexagonal gabion mesh. After filling with aggregate, the panels maintain a flat surface, making it easier to connect with other gabions or walls. Compared to other protective and landscaping materials, it offers high cost-effectiveness. Used in park landscaping, exterior building cladding, and commercial building outsourcing, such as exterior cladding of office buildings. Also suitable for yard landscaping and greening of residential complexes and villas.
